Uinta Sky. A few evenings back as thunderstorms cleared over the 11,000 foot peaks of the high Uinta Mountains. Truly one of the most astonishing sunset's I've witnessed. The sky seemed to undulate like the aurora, with color and texture mixing and changing by the second. A dynamic natural pallet that left me staring at the sky in awe, wondering where to point my camera as thunder echoed in the distance. Wonderful to see the ice peeling back and water rising along the shore, flooding the stumps of felled trees. There are even a few yellow anemones showing up in spongy meadows. Summer in knocking on the door, but it's not quite here yet. Summit County, Utah. June
